This benchmark analyze the behaviour of 15 Direct-To-Consumers (DTC) brands in the Supplement industry. Our goal is to compare their marketing velocity (how active they are in their digital marketing strategy) and how to they perform vs. each other.

Highlights & Summary

Email Marketing Summary: Goggles4u emerges as the leader in the Eyewear industry for email marketing, boasting a commendable volume with good email scoring. Warby Parker and KREWE follow closely, with Warby Parker excelling in email scoring but needing improvement in promotions. KREWE, while strong overall, lacks in promotions. Pair Eyewear and eyebobs perform well but need to enhance promotions. Caddis shows promise but has room for improvement. Vint & York struggles with promotions, while Zenni Optical faces challenges in both email scoring and promotions. Randolph, Clearly, Garrett Leight, Zeelool, Shwood, and Jimmy Fairly lag behind, needing significant improvements in various aspects of email marketing.

Email Deliverability Summary: Pair Eyewear leads in email deliverability, combining a good spam score with optimal email size. KREWE shows promise but needs improvement in email size. Goggles4u, despite a good spam score, needs to address email size. Caddis faces challenges in deliverability due to a missing spam score, requiring attention. Lexxola and eyebobs exhibit fair performance with potential for enhancement. Clearly, Warby Parker, and Randolph require strategic improvements in both spam score and email size. Zenni Optical and Shwood need significant improvements in multiple aspects for better deliverability, while Garrett Leight struggles with both aspects.

Ads Performance Summary: Zeelool dominates the Eyewear industry in ads performance, showcasing a high number of new ads and diverse copies. Jimmy Fairly closely follows, displaying both velocity and diversity. Warby Parker, Pair Eyewear, and KREWE maintain strong ad performances, combining both velocity and unique copies.
